Anwendungsgebiete:
Zur symptomatischen Behandlung von hirnorganisch bedingten geistigen Leistungseinbußen im Rahmen eines therapeutischen Gesamtkonzeptes bei Abnahme bzw. Verlust erworbener geistiger Fähigkeiten (dementiellen Syndromen) mit den Hauptbeschwerden:
Gedächtnisstörungen, Konzentrationsstörungen, Niedergeschlagenheit, Schwindel, Ohrensausen, Kopfschmerzen.
Das individuelle Ansprechen auf die Medikation kann nicht vorausgesagt werden. Bevor die Behandlung mit diesem Arzneimittel begonnen wird, sollte geklärt werden, ob die Krankheitszeichen nicht auf einer spezifisch zu behandelnden Grunderkrankung beruhen.
Zur Verlängerung der schmerzfreien Gehstrecke bei arterieller Verschlusskrankheit in den Gliedmaßen, sog. „Schaufensterkrankheit“ (Claudicatio intermittens im Stadium II nach FONTAINE) im Rahmen physikalisch-therapeutischer Maßnahmen, insbesondere Gehtraining.
Bei Schwindel infolge von Durchblutungsstörungen oder altersbedingten Rückbildungsvorgängen (Vertigo vaskulärer und involutiver Genese).
Zur unterstützenden Behandlung von Ohrgeräuschen infolge von Durchblutungsstörungen oder altersbedingten Rückbildungsvorgängen (Tinnitus vaskulärer und involutiver Genese). Häufig auftretende Schwindelgefühle und Ohrensausen bedürfen grundsätzlich der Abklärung durch einen Arzt. Bei plötzlich auftretender Schwerhörigkeit bzw. einem Hörverlust sollte unverzüglich ein Arzt aufgesucht werden.
